For silhouette and winter structure, there are few plants with better architectural shape than our wild teasel, Dipsacus fullonum. Without fail, everywhere I’ve seen teasels grow, from gardens to the wild, I’ve fallen more and more in love with them. Combined with their ease of growth and wildlife supporting qualities, teasel is right up there as one of my top plants to grow.
