CUT AND CHUCK
I was reminded the other week to share more about the methods I’m using growing our main garden. The crossover between end of winter and start of spring feels like the opportune time to do so. Some of the methods I use are so simple and easy, I often forget to even mention them, but they will make your life much easier and make your garden better for wildlife and the planet.
This week I cut back all of the perennials that needed cutting back to make way for the emerging spring bulbs to strut their stuff in the coming weeks. An early mild spell through February has encouraged them on, there’s no escaping that spring is in sight.
