I love cowslips, in fact my uncle's old house was called Cowslip Green! It was a beautiful old manor house with a fabulous wild garden.

I’ll be interested what you think of it, the flowers taste a bit of nothing with a tiny hint of bergamot to me. The leaves… the usual wild bitter. So not one I’d rush out to have for lunch!
